If you choose a Zoom Meeting to show a technician your specific install details ,needs or other concerns, please do so with a Camera Phone or Tablet. We will email you a Zoom Link prior to meeting. You will be able to discuss face to face via Web any details you are not sure of, or show us any particular concerns you may have via your camera.
If you are unfamiliar with Zoom or Online Video Conversations, please just schedule a Phone Call with one of our Technicians.
Zoom Meetings and Phone calls can be as short as 5 minutes or as Long as 30 minutes. If you can, please do an Online Quote Form first, if you are not sure about Quote, Set up a meeting anyway and we will guide you through any questions or concerns you may have.

A 15 -30 minute over-the-phone assessment to ask a few questions about your installation requirements. You will speak with a knowledgeable technician that will seek to understand your installation requirements and home capabilities. Every residential installation is unique, so we make sure to take a holistic view of the installation to determine a solution that works best for your lifestyle.

Although not required, we recommend completing an online assessment prior to our call so the technicians can be better prepared to offer relevant advice and expertise. Online Consultation - FAQ's
The consultation is structured as an informal conversation with one of our knowledgeable installation experts. We will seek to understand the installation requirements, such as the type of charger installation, location, and home layout. We will also explain the installation steps including how we create the estimate, permitting, panel load calculations, and installation.
It’s a great opportunity for you to ask questions and seek clarification on any questions you may have.
Any information you can provide about your home and electric vehicle ahead of the call is always helpful. Things like your driving habits, location where you would want the charger installed can help us determine the size charger you will require.
Additionally, although not required we do reccomennd customers complete a home assessment ahead of the call. It’s our online form, where you can input information about your installation and we provide an estimate. This allows our technicians to review your information before the call and provide specific advice for your installation.
Yes! This is a free service we offer prospective clients in Alberta. You are not obligated to use our services after the consultation, however we hope the knowledgeable advice we can provide persuades you to book an installation with our team!
It’s as simple as a phone call, but we also have google meet if you’d prefer.
Yes of course!
We are happy to assist during our business hours. Booking a call is a convenient solution we offer to better provide flexibility for our customers and allow us to provide a higher level of service. It’s not a requirement to book before calling though!
